About Paeahi Marae

Welcome to Paeahi Marae — a place of refuge, belonging and connection.

Welcome

Nau mai, haere mai

This is the lede paragraph

Paeahi Marae is a place where whānau gather, culture is celebrated and connections are strengthened. The marae supports the everyday life of our people — hui and gatherings, learning and remembering, celebrations and farewells. It is a place to return to, and a place to bring others to with care.

Our History

Our Place

Paeahi is more than a physical place. It is where language, stories, values, tikanga and traditions come to life.

The buildings, the grounds and the whenua around them hold the memory of the people who have cared for this place. What happens here — the kōrero shared, the kai prepared, the manaakitanga offered — is what makes it a marae.

Our Vision

See beyond today for a better tomorrow.

This is the lede paragraph

Paeahi supports the generations here now, and prepares a place for those still to come — caring for the marae, holding our knowledge and keeping the doors open.
